Original WWII US M-1 Infantry Helmet & Liner OD3 Khaki Chin Straps – Minty

Here's a WWII original, authentic, US M-1 Swivel Bale Helmet and Liner in Minty condition, as found. I'm listing it as used, but it's about as Minty as they come. This M-1 shell is a very early rear seam version (like the very first month of manufacture), that comes with the early 11-row OD#3 chin straps. The heat stamp is 1169, which dates it to November 1944, and accounts for the use of early version chin straps. The shell retains 99.99% of its factory cork and paint, and the only minor scrape on the helmet is on the right side where it was stacked in the crate. The Firestone liner is equally superb. All items and components on this shell and liner come as found -- nothing was added or altered. This is an exceptional helmet rig -- no disappointments! these days.
